- Theft, missing items, or damage from environmental factors
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization (voids warranty)
- Installation costs are not covered under any warranty
Eligibility
Products must be purchased directly from EzMall to qualify for after-sales service and warranty coverage.
How to Request Service
- Locate your EzMall order number or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Email support@ezmall.ca with your order details, product model/serial number, and a description of the issue (include photos/video if available).
- We will assist you in initiating an RMA with the manufacturer or guide you to their authorized service center.
