Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage or loss after delivery due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care
  • Theft, missing items, or damage from environmental factors
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization (voids warranty)
  • Installation costs are not covered under any warranty

Eligibility

Products must be purchased directly from EzMall to qualify for after-sales service and warranty coverage.

How to Request Service

  1. Locate your EzMall order number or invoice as proof of purchase.
  2. Email support@ezmall.ca with your order details, product model/serial number, and a description of the issue (include photos/video if available).
  3. We will assist you in initiating an RMA with the manufacturer or guide you to their authorized service center.
