Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day window for returns & refunds on most physical goods. Please read the policy below to see if your order qualifies.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  1. Contact us at info@ezmall.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and issue description. We’ll reply within 2 business days.
  2. For returns/exchanges within 30 days, return shipping is covered by us. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

30-Day Eligibility

  • Defective items received
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect or different products shipped
  • Missing parts or components

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Packages returned due to customer address errors or refusal of delivery are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Reach out to info@ezmall.ca for approval.
  2. If approved, we will send you the **return shipping address** in your confirmation email.
  3. Include photos/video of damage or defect if requested; destroyed items must be verified by us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect, refunds/exchanges are processed within 2 business days (confirmation may take 3 days).
  5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and appear in 5–7 business days.

Partial & Full Refunds

  • Minor defects or shipping damage: amount refundable is negotiable.
  • Missing orders (not delivered within 3 weeks): full refund.
  • Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method (e.g. PayPal refunds go to your PayPal account).
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at info@ezmall.ca.
