Our warehouse is based in Canada, and we ship orders to Canada and the United States only. All orders are traceable via the tracking link in your confirmation.

Processing Time & Shipping Methods

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Ontario Time) ship same business day; after noon they ship next business day.

Delivery Time Details

To Canada: 1–8 business days (incl. processing).
To the USA: 2–9 business days (incl. processing).
We aim for on-time delivery; if your order is delayed by more than 1 week, you’ll receive a 10% refund. If delayed 3 weeks or longer, we refund 100%.

Tax

We collect all applicable duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada & the USA. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs imposed by the destination country.

Canceling an Order

We process quickly—but if you need to cancel, please email support@ezmall.ca or use Live Chat as soon as possible. Cancellation is free if the order hasn’t shipped; we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing begins.
